Telecel Ghana music awards: all the nominees

With barely three months to the 26th Ghana Music Awards now the Telecel Ghana Music Awards, the buzz has been created. The nominee list has been announced as top industry names step up to compete for honours. Black Sherif is the reigning Artiste of the Year and could go for his number two this year.

However, Blacko will have former winners Sarkodie, Stonebwoy and Kuami Eugene alongside King Promise and Nacee to beat. Other exciting categories are also up for grasp including songwriter of the year where Fameye, DSL, Manodzi, Perez Muzik and Akwaboah will slug it out with Sarkodie.

Sarkodie did not stop there has the rapper also is in the running for Rap Performance of the Year where he is competing with Strongman, Medikal, Lyrical Joe, Amerado, Fimfim and rap queen Eno Barony.
