Ex-Ghana international and the Black Stars record goal-scorer Asamoah Gyan has shown that retirement is not a barrier to producing quality goals and that he still has the knack for spectacular moments in front of the goal.
The legendary striker who officially retired from football in June 2023 took to social media to showcase his still vibrant sharp shooting skills. Gyan posted a video of himself scoring a wonder goal during an exhibition match which featured many African football legends. The legendary Ghanaian rattled the net with a trademark right-footed shot that left the goalkeeper flat on his belly. He then made the trademark Azonto dance moves to complete the moment.
In the post which he shared on Twitter, the Ghanaian and former Sunderland striker captioned it, “Class is permanent” with several emojis.
His post has since received lots of reactions from Tweeps with many praising his quality and reminiscing his remarkable goals for the national team.
